Is the Groupon redeemable per person or per couple?

One Groupon voucher must be redeemed for each cruise ticket. Cruise tickets are sold per person.

How do I redeem my Groupon voucher?

You can choose your cruise, enter your Groupon code and complete your reservation online.

You may also contact our customer service representatives by phone using the number listed on your Groupon voucher(s) to reserve your cruise ticket(s). Please mention your Groupon voucher(s) when reserving your ticket(s). Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Is Seadog okay for all ages to ride?

Seadog offers something for everyone! We do not, however, recommend cruising for those with cardiac conditions or orthopedic conditions associated with the neck or back. It’s also not recommend for women in late terms of pregnancy. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to cruise aboard any Seadog product. Don’t forget, you must be at least 48 inches to board Seadog’s Extreme Thrill Ride!

What is the pricing for child tickets?

Tickets for young children under age 2 are available free of charge. Children ages 3-12 are charged a reduced rate that varies by cruise.

How do I get my cruise tickets?

You have the option to print your Seadog tickets at home, display them on your smartphone at boarding or pick up your tickets at the ticket booth next to the boat on the day of your cruise. Boarding begins fifteen minutes prior to scheduled departure for Seadog Chicago cruises.

Can I combine my Groupon voucher with other vouchers or discounts?

A maximum of 8 Groupon vouchers may be redeemed per reservation. You may not combine multiple reservations into a larger group. Groupon vouchers may not be combined with other vouchers or discounts.
